Prepare for Croatia’s e-invoicing mandate
Croatia’s e-invoicing mandate rollout started in January 2026, with full implementation beginning in January 2027. The next milestone is July 2030 where intra-community e-invoicing for EU ViDA will be introduced. Review your e-invoicing processes and validate your invoice data quality for better compliance today.
What will change in Croatia
Croatia will operate based on a 5-corner, PEPPOL-based e-invoicing and e-reporting framework. This includes:
- Real-time reporting to the Tax Administration
- Enhanced VAT transparency and automation
- Digital invoice exchange between businesses
This framework is designed to support both domestic compliance and future EU ViDA requirements.
