Mandatory e-invoicing obligation begins on 1 January 2025
The Growth Opportunities Act will make e-invoicing mandatory in the business sector starting from 1 January 2025. This mandate acts a prerequisite for B2B sales data to be reported to a national electronic administrative system. This system will be introduced in the future.
